Most people that have Mortgages can ask their existing "Mortgage Servicer" for a reduction of the interest rate. They may charge about $ 200 to do this for you, however you will save about a third of your Mortgage Cost. This is a paid part of the Charity, to use for those facing Foreclosure

First do NOT avoid your "Mortgage Servicer", document and return all calls. Get help if you can't deal with the situation. Call our Charity NRC if you need help, the sooner the better. The group the Administration touts - is directly part of the problem! Started in 1978 to stop "redlining", another mis guided use our tax dollars, leading to the "mortgage meltdown". Everytime the government violates the US Constitution - they screw it up.
The reason private banks would not "invest" in scum neighborhoods is because they would lose money. Now it's our tax dollars funding this insanity!
In New Oreleans, private companies wouldn't insure an area BELOW sea level, so the government stole OUR money and offered Flood Insuance - an over 8 Billion dollar waste of money! Do NOT rebuild "the big easy", use a train to bring the few who work at the docks into the area below sea level. Most of the "victims" were NEVER there - typical - professional victims, wanting Tax Dollar give aways.
Social Security is a Ponzi (pyramid) Scheme - the Demcrats stole the money many years ago! And then they lie about a "lockbox". Yep
Medicare another bankrupt plan for socialized medicine. Doesn't work in ANY country, unsless paid for by another country.
STOP asking the Government from doing "for" you. And if you're on SS realize that the most anyone put into it, is 3 years worth of benifits, stop whinning.
Like the plagurized JFK speech; "ask not what your country can do for you...ask what YOU can do for your country". I guess that he forgot that we are in a Republic not a Democracy (mob rule). Try this; "ask the government NOT to do, what the US Constitution says NOT to do". STOP stealing from productive people and wasting our Tax Dollars!. STOP the poison from China and PROTECT our boarders.
